    Best Dog Breed for RV'ing

We own two Australian Shepherds better known as Aussies. We have had very good luck camping with them, and as long as they get a chance to exercise (run) and chase Frisbees, etc. daily, they're fine. They are the perfect size (50-52 lbs.) to qualify as real dogs vs. some of the teeney tiny ones...

    dry rot on tires

Our 2006 Winnebago Class C has 10,200 miles on it. It's parked all winter, and I'm sad to say I don't religiously take it out for a drive over the winter to get the fluids moving as well as the tires rolling. Anyway, I put brand new tire on the front last summer, but skimped on the rears. Now it...

In checking fluid levels after the rig has sat since last Fall, I find the tranny fluid is sort of gunky looking on the dip stick. Almost like it's gotten "gritty" Any ideas as to what it could be? I'm probably going to try to get it to my Ford service before heading offf next week. The vehicle...

    Hello from Cape Cod!

We're new to this forum, but so far I think it's great! We have a 2006 Winnebago Outlook 25f. We travel with our two Aussies (Australian Shepherds) Captain and Mate. (Guess you can tell what my other interest is).  And sometimes with our grand kids. Our ultimate goal is to upgrade to a Class A...

Trade up to a class A

Currently own a 2006 Winnebago Outlook 25f. It only has a jacknife sofa that converts to a double bed, a foldown dinette table that makes a small bed, and the double bunk over the cab. We find that on a longer trip than a weekend, it's getting to be a pain folding up, folding down, etc. and are...

best route south from Tappan Zee Bridge (destination Williamsburg VA)

What's the best route from Tappan Zee Bridge to Williamsburg VA? We'd like to avoid truck traffic, and wouldn't mind adding miles for the best route.  Thanks

    Williamsburg

Planning to go to Williamsburg Va in April with my wife, two Austarilian Shepherds, and 2 grand kids, 12 and 9. Stayed at KOA a number of years ago, but wasn't too impressed. Any suggestions?
