    Added some drawers

Slides are screwed into the face frame in the front and to the wall panelling in the back with some brackets made for the slides. They're self closing slides and stay put when the drawers are in.

    Credit Cards For Fuel Discounts

I use a Philips 66 card with their smartphone app and get .25 a gallon off at their stations. 10 cents for using the app and 15 cents extra for paying with their card. I guess now 5% cash back would be the same.

    Added some drawers

Pantry was one big compartment so I added a shelf and a couple drawers.

    Soft Close Drawer Slides

I added some drawers to our kitchen cabinet, facing the back of the trailer. I used 100# soft close slides without any extra catches and haven't had one come open yet. They take a pretty good pull to open so I don't think we'll have any issues with them.

    Andersen Weight Distributing Hitch Question/Opinion

I have a Grey Wolf 23MK trailer (hitch weight right at 700 pounds, weighed) that has specs pretty close to yours and have an Andersen hitch. Truck is a 1500 Ram with 1602 payload, per sticker. Weight distribution is fine as I can get the front fenders back to no load height, sway control is...

    Andersen WD (chain) hitch questions

I'm on my second year with mine. Trailer is 28'ball to bumper, right at 700# tongue weight.  It controls sway lots better than my old friction bar type and I haven't had a problem with the brackets slipping. I have them bolted together and the set screw in per their directions. It transfers the...

    Gravel Parking Area for FW

Gravel should work fine without the concrete. Definitely put the geotextile fabric under the rock, it'll keep the rock from sinking in and you'll have a good driveway for years. 6" of CA6 rock will leave you with a "superhighway" you won't have to worry about again.

Looking To Buy My First Travel Trailer

Alan6051964,  the andersen hitch uses chains and urethane bushings instead of steel bars for the weight distribution. Look at their web site and see how much different that hitch is than others.

    Uneasy about towing this trailer

I have a 23MK trailer that I pull with a Ram 1500, 6600 lb. GVWR, 1600 lb. cargo capacity. My tongue weight is right around 700 lbs. ready to go camping. It's as big a trailer that I would want to pull with that truck, and we really don't go more than about 50 miles from home with it. Your truck...

    2 way radios

You might try these. This set comes with earpieces and can be set up to be voice activated so no need to push the PTT switch on the radio. Programming can be a little difficult, but if you are or can find somebody that is a bit "techy", these would work great for you...
