Speaking from experience in the gutting and renovation of our motorhome the gutting part is the worst.  Closely inspect how you take everything apart and take pictures of everything.  START FROM THE TOP DOWN, (if you can physically see the damage from a leak than its like an iceberg probably...

Marine epoxy works best for the foam (score/scratch the foam lightly for best results and make sure there isn't a foil or plastic outer layer, then apply pressure enough to keep its form flat) .  Liquid Nails is great for the gaps. 

Adventure is definitely the word I'd use! So there is wood wall damage and it needs to be replace but there is no Delam on the outer shell so for now thats good.  But yes my plan for the wall is to clamp and epoxy my way back up to the window doing it in sections since I already have it open on...

Haha thanks I would like to think we are, but this is a challenging one for sure.  Yes, it runs and drives like a champ!  Pretty sure I blew that line on the way to the storage unit.  The back driver side line pretty much popped off  ;D  So far this has only cost us time not a lot of money...

Alrighty apologies for the MIA, we went on a small vacation to New Hampshire to hit the slopes before the season was over. Before we left we tarped the front end of the RV as that was where the damaged seemed to be coming from.  We also found a couple more spots basically the drivers side is...
