Hi everyone, thanks again for your feedback. I ended up getting a 35' toy hauler trailer. You all definitely helped me look more closely at the size considerations, so I downsized a bit. I'm picking up the trailer in a week, so I'll be posting in the hauling forum about recommendations there...

Again, thank you all very much for the thoughtful feedback. I have a much clearer understanding of what to expect. It's not like if your rig is 40'+ they won't let you in, but finding a spot could be real tough in places that I'll probably want to go, tough enough for me to consider downsizing...
