    Battery choice question

I am looking at batteries that have the terminals at one end to reduce the length of wire to pass through the exterior wall to the tongue box - I am hoping the terminal to inerter distance will be 18 inches or less after crossing the bus bar, the fuse and the cutoff switch.

    Battery choice question

My RV only has a converter that I would replace with a standalone Lithium charger. I have to rewire everything anyway because I don't want the converter to run when the 120V inverter is being used. I will be adding an auto transfer switch and the Lithium battery charger will be isolated on the...

    Battery choice question

I didn't know the GC sizes were in the 230 Ah range - that means I only need two instead of three lead batteries. The weight is under 150 lbs and still stay under 80% DoD.

    Battery choice question

I just checked again on Costco.ca : the cheapest deep cycle battery is 329.99 $ CAD = 235.71 $ USD. It's AGM though, I have not seen flooded cells for a while...

    Battery question

Your system seems to be working well but you are afraid of running out of power. I suggest you get a portable power station that can be charged with your solar panels. For about the same cost you will get something much more versatile.
