I have an Alfa See Ya on a Freightliner Chassis.  I had Safety-T-Steer Plus added this year.  It has made a huge difference in handling.

I do not think Mesa Spirit is age restricted.  On an annual basis the lot rent is very reasonable, but electricity in the Summer is very high.

I have built quite a few computers over the years, starting with a 286.  I quit building my own when I realized I could buy a better computer that was built by a manufacturer.  Building is fun, but find someone who knows what they are doing to guide you. 

You need to check the residency laws of WS to see how long you can be in the State to be considered a resident.  It is all about taxes.  Other than that, changing your state of residency is no big deal.
