    Replacing and sealing question for a skylight

    I recently bought a 2014 Sporttrek. I noticed that the bathrrom skylight had moldy seals. That told me it needed replaced but I noticed the edges of the roof are rippled once i removed the old dicor. The skylight phalange just crumbles when you touch it. It's obviously the original. My question...
