Well it looks like I will have to drop my tank. There is no access to the pipes from up top unless I do alot of cutting of the walls and floor. The kitchen drain go's about 6feet back and connects to the main vent for the tank. Across the hall from that pipe is where my tub and bathroom sink...

Hahhaa I found the issue. This fuse was buried way under the fridge where I could bearly reach it. Looks like the original fuse.
