    If you don't need hookups, there's some great dispersed camping in the Coronado National Forest near Tombstone. We spent 2 weeks there last winter at the base of the Dragoon Mountains, up Forest Road 687, about 15 miles north-northeast of Tombstone. Not too crowded and very scenic.
