    New RV woes!

I’m honestly not sure at all but my dealer is fantastic. All it will cost us is the difference in price for the new trailer.

    New RV woes!

Our dealer has been amazing! I’m picking up a rental unit tomorrow to use until we sort out what our new trailer will be. These are the three we are looking at and all are well within spec for my truck. We are leaning towards the Northern Spirit, now it’s just size to consider, 30’ or 34’. Our...

    New RV woes!

I have an appt with my dealer in the morning to look at a few different units. They want to make this right!

    New RV woes!

Definitely wasn’t a WDH issue. I’m using an Andersen No sway which has been amazing. I set it up every time using the smart hitch on my F150. Sets it perfectly every time.

    New RV woes!

I spoke with the owner of the dealership this morning and they are just starting to get everything ready to send off for claims. We also noticed the front A frame for the hitch is slightly bent upwards and definitely not straight. Definitely not happy. She did offer me a rental unit at no cost...

The stick frame is definitely heavier than aluminum construction. This is one of their best styling lines (grew wolf and wolf pup) but 99% of those sold either get parked or never go farther that 100k away from home.

The grey wolf is definitely stick framing, the alpha wolf is aluminum frame with wood roof and floor. Funny that my dealer has both in the 26DBH at the same price.

I absolutely agree! Camping in the driveway is a perfect way to get to know your trailer and get used to how everything works, BUT, it looked exactly the same in my driveway as it did at the dealership. I’m thinking the biggest issue is the stick frame construction. Northern Ontario is cold...

    New RV woes!

Our trip was absolutely amazing! I wasn’t going to stress about anything, vacation with the family is so much more important. It’s in the dealers hands now.

    New RV woes!

It honestly didn’t show any issues sitting in the drive way. It all started to appear once we were 1000 miles into the trip and got warmer weather.

    New RV woes!

Definitely nothing catastrophic…YET!, but when you actually see the unit, it’s clear that there are many other issues that are hidden. When the service centre workers says she’s sorry and it should have never left the lot like it is, that’s a problem. I didn’t think that the Grey Wolf was a...

    New RV woes!

The interesting thing is these are apparently made by Amish and Mennonite labourers….definitely expect better if that is the case. The dealer look at the completion date for my trailer and it was finished on a Saturday right before their workers went on holidays, at least this is what I was...

    New RV woes!

That’s what we thought as well! Even the dealer, when we walked around it together, found issues we didn’t notice. I’m in direct contact with Forrest River as well as the dealer so hopefully this is resolved quickly. As for the above reply, we did some driveway camping and a short long weekend...

    New RV woes!

Hey all, this is my first post. We recently purchased a 2022 Grey Wolf 26DBH-l. We just got home from a month long trip to New Orleans and Texas. Sadly, while we were on the road many many things went wrong. Fridge lock failed twice and we had milk and food all over the trailer floor. Ice...
