The friendliest place on the web for anyone with an RV or an interest in RVing!
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
All good points, but in my case, it was apparently the carburetor/fuel system. Once I changed the carb and did a little tweaking, it ran fine with good output.
I think I am forced to kill about 4 squirrels on my property. 3 are trying to winter in the eave of my back porch. I can keep them out of there but I have had squirrels rip the stuffing out of a cushion for nest material. I don't want to chance what they will do to my new RV cover while I am...
Thanks for the response and the info Charles. My Onan is laid out a little differently but with the same principle. The video gave me a couple of things to examine.
My cover is on the FedEx truck for delivery today. FedEx is usually here by 2 PM which makes it exactly 4 days from Montreal. I am pleasantly surprised considering it took 2 full days from label creation for FedEx to even pick it up.
Are you saying to unzip all zippers and roll the zipped flaps up before installation?
My MH is 29'4" bumper to bumper so I ordered the 29'-32' version. It should not fit tight for installation.

Though I am skeptical about...

I got an old RV cover with the RV. It was stored in a shed for years. it has some rodent holes clustered on one side and a 2-foot rip in the back. The rip is not visible because it gets tucked out of sight when I pulled the end cinch straps tight. I want to use this through this winter then...
There are mobile mechanics as well. They might not be very common but I know one great one in central GA so they are around.
Also, if you have a 2005 it certainly should transmit standard codes to a code reader. That might give you clues and be a good unit to have for general use...
I don't want to sidetrack this thread but someone suggested that a Class A has a little more room at the same length than a class C. It seems like the opposite is true. A class C utilizes the space over the cab, generally as a huge sleeping area, and can be utilized to very quickly stow items...
