Our sincere condolences to Laurie. Chet made a water softener for us years ago which worked wonders on the Arizona water we were dealing with at that time. We also visited with Chet in Brenda, AZ and here at our SKP park, Timber Valley, in Oregon. He was one of the good guys!

I've always loved American the Beautiful.  I hope tomorrow we'll "crown they good with brotherhood from sea to shining sea".

Sutherlin, OR has just begun a "safe spot" program for transfers between buyers and sellers.  It is the entire parking lot of the Senior Center, across from the police station, monitored by cameras 24/7.

That's exactly what we have done for many many years and with at least three different RV ovens.  When it gets charred up with inevitable "baking scars", we replace it.
