I found a plate that bolted to three jack mount holes and had triangular cut out and mounting holes to move jack back 6" but can't find it again. Need a little more room under truck.

That looks like the deal. I also like it's got rear wheel support (not tailgate) and not have to have tailgate down which could interfere with tt. Looks like a standard bed 6-6 so would not need a long bed. $750 bam. I'll take one.
