Does anyone tow with a 7.3 Power Stroke?

I've loved my 7.3's but take a hard look at what your usage will be. The plastic protection sheet on the floor carpet screams 'dealer' to me. Is the seller really the original owner's grandson? Good luck in your decision.

    Valve extenders- which ones?

It appears to be a valve core removal tool. My guess is that you need to remove the valve core on the stem at the wheel so you are able to check the tire pressure. There is probably a valve core in the end of the extension or you move the core from the rim stem to the extension.

    New truck advice

Since towing has been covered ... I'd go F350 over F250 because of the cost of registration here in MN. 350 will be less annually. Wheel liners sound like a good idea to combat the brine our DOT insists on using. I drive a 2020 Chev 2500HD that is already showing signs of rust. It's a...

    3.42 gear ratio too high?

Apples and oranges, but my 2002 Avalanche 2500 8.1L had 4.10's. You'll be fine with the 3.42's. Sounds like a great new truck, enjoy!

    Tires

There are some on here that will tell you that if you use Chinese tires, you are in imminent danger. You, your family, and anyone in a 3 block radius will die because of these tires.  ::) I say use what you like and are comfotable with. I weighed my usage v.s. the cost and quallity of the tires...

Help - How to handle the emotional side of downsizing

One of the things that has helped me get rid of 'stuff' is asking myself "Do I need it?" and "Will anyone want it or what will happen to it after I'm gone?" These are not 100% sure fire. I have a few things left from my wife that I have no idea what to do with them. Too much sentiment to throw...

    Class C or Truck/TT

Since you don't want to tow a car, a truck and trailer would probably be your best option. A scooter could be workable but I would go for a big scooter, (400cc or bigger) this will require having a motorcycle license. A friend of mine on here uses a 400cc scooter to get around with when he goes...

Torque issue in my 2015 TREND

Assuming the service advisor is talking about the bump stops ... "A bump stop is a compressible suspension component designed to prevent metal on metal contact (and subsequent damage or unsafe driving characteristics) as the suspension undergoes extreme compression, such as after hitting a bump...
