Have you verified that it actually has the jacks? The pics you show doesn't correlate. If they are the switches it doesn't have the Auto self leveling .

Just make sure when shopping specs some are Listed as torque per in and torque per pound ... Ryobi/ Makita  makes a cordless one and if buying a cordless get the biggest battery pack to get maximum torque.

Congrats on your purchase.. if you purchased this RV so you can have a hobby of customizing RVs then it's a good buy, but if you bought it for camping then you have quite a bit to do. If you bought a REAL RV then you wouldn't post "what did we get into".... who knows only you know your own...

You got a lot of good info, essentially whatever The damaged item was on that RV the price to fix It would be more than what the RV is worth. Plus the price is high on a "junk" rv.
