    Retirement trip, Part Two

Maybe, hard to tell what the electronic control module would try to do to make up for fuel issues. Another thought, have you tried disconnecting chassis battery to reset the ECM?

    Retirement trip, Part Two

Did you ever get your fuel filter changed?

Slide out is a few inches higher than main floor?

Pretty normal configuration. Slides that drop down to level are a bit more complex in design and operation.

    Gas Mileage

Why would anyone fib about their gas milage?

Installing wet bolts for springs, huge pain in the a.. Any suggestions?

How much material needs to come out of the spring eye, or off the OD of the new bushing? You could maybe take them to a machine shop and have them fitted.

    Las vegas

I remeber that - was there from 70-74. "Hot Dry Summers"! Like a blast furnace in your face, through an open window. Not to mention the possibility of a sand storm where you could not see the car 5 ft. in front of you. I was at the bomb dump and flight line those years.

Had To Fire Our Pest Control Company

I would think, if there is a mix then any mask mandate would be for all. My daughter, in SC, says they have announced in person classes (no remote learning) for this fall. K thru 12. Vaccinations, at this time, are not required, nor are masks. She is about to go the home schooling route...

Had To Fire Our Pest Control Company

Well, too bad, I can see this thread being locked soon, like a couple others, recently. There are tons of mandated rules and regulations, this is just one more; just happens it can have a huge affect on the health of many people.

They do, depending on the particular vaccine. Some private schools do as well. Private schools are talking about the requirement now. Won't be surprised to see most of them mandate this vaccine as well. I know the private university where I was working is close to that decision.

    Gas Mileage

I have been asked that question while refueling a few times. I generally return a funny look and tell them I don't keep track.

    Gas Mileage

Thanks for all the technical explanation - I reference the number the needle on my speedometer points to and do pretty well, when I want to. A vacuum gauge can do even better.

    Gas Mileage

You are doing well. You should come to a point where gas milage is nothing more than an indicator that something may be wrong. My latest calculations hav ebeen somewhat under 6 MPG while towing. Pretty relative to how fast you drive.

    Water Hoses - which one?

Three states west - only one plus Canada for the short route. Been that way a few times.

    Water Hoses - which one?

Been looking for a replacement for our water hose, lots to choose from. Some high tech stuff out there these days. What's everyone using? My cheapo white CAMCO is swelling under 30 lbs. of water pressure, kinks easily and is a general PIA to handle.

    Is RV supply running out?

We are waiting on final paperwork for a recent purchase of a used class A from a dealer. They don't seem to look too lean in the supply world. New?, maybe because of supply issues. But we don't see it around here. We've been looking for a nice used class A since January (very particular on...

How to avoid tax increase nys

No personal property tax. But yes, get educated on the local building codes. Adding a well and septic system will "improve" the property. Storage sheds usually are not an issue - based on size and whether there is a foundation - keep it under the max size and on skids. A lot of the codes and...

    COVID Vaccine Reactions

OK bny me. But let's see it stay on topic - I'm waiting on the booster shot and the side affects that might bring.

    COVID Vaccine Reactions

This topic has run it's course and has no more meaningful use, I would say. There does not need to be a "law". Restrictions abound that limit what we can or can do. Private business can do as they please. It will be a minority does any challenging.

    COVID Vaccine Reactions

I agree, Jackie, except that those able to be, but unvaccinated folks, have an affect on the small part of the population that, for whatever reason, can not be vaccinated; thus furthering the spread and extending the restrictions for all. I believe what is going to happen is that venues will...

    2018 Sightseer 36z Electrical

Yes, I saw that but Gary's mention of the 30A pedestal wiring being from a 30A breaker and shared to the 20A outlet would make those adapters kinda worthless. I had a visit with the Ranger and the maintenance guy that manage the campground yesterday. They are looking into the possible upgrade...
