Is a Low Trade-In Offer on My RV Normal or Am I Being Lowballed?

Good evening all. DW and I are looking for a slightly bigger trailer than our current 17 foot Aspen Trail. Pretty basic trailer. Getting older makes crawling over DW to get into the East-west bed harder, and the dinette seats are getting harder after about 15 minutes. So looking for a 20-22 ft...

Low Oil Life on New Thor Geneva: Is This Normal for 7.3L Ford Engines?

I just purchased a new 2025 Thor Geneva. It had around 875 miles when I picked it up. I went through the familiarization routine at the dealership. Driving it out I noticed the oil life was at 18% remaining -- right from the dealership. Would that be normal for a new RV with that kind of...

    F-53 7L V-8: Is a 3200 RPM Limit in Park Normal?

I have a 2020 F-53 with the 7L V-8. When I’m in Park the engine will not go any higher than about 3000-3200 - anyone know if that’s normal or not?

Is a Midtone Whine Normal in Splendide Standalone Dryers?

Our '21 New Aire purchased nearly a year ago is the first we've had with a Splendide Washer & Dryer set. We've had a combo Splendide and a Maytag W/D set before and, just like all the dryers we've had in homes for decades, they were pretty quiet. A low "rumble," more or less. In our travels...

3” of snow = flexing roof

We woke up this AM to a fresh 3.5 inches of snow. I immediately noticed the thermal packs bowing inward. Got dressed, got out and sure enough the roof is bowed. Will this correct itself once the snow melts off in a couple of days? I’m a bit concerned as this isn’t a lot of snow & it is powdery...

    Fridge fuse keeps blowing

Hey all. I have a quick question as I never ran into this. I am having an issue with a camper that was only purchased 6 months ago. I took it in and the dealership is saying they can not duplicate the problem. Basically every single time I plug in power the fridge fuse blows. It's been...

Is Perimeter Roof Sealant Normal on Georgetown 36GT5? Ladder Wiggle Concerns

Hey all, recently purchased a used Georgetown 36GT5. I had a question regarding the roof caulk on it. From what I understand it’s dicor and if you look at the roof as one big rectangle, the caulk is around the top edging. Is this normal? I attached a bunch of pics from the ground and from up...

Should my Progressive EMS be buzzing?

As per title. Been doing some work under the dinette and notice my EMS buzzing. Not hugely loud and not very noticeable with the bench down. But wondered if this was normal behavior?

    Bottom of bed slide outside.

When retracting passenger rear slide on 26 Bus 40ip the bottom outside of slide doesn't close fully because it rests on outside horizontal trim. This leaves a 1/4 gap. Dealer says normal. Is it? Thanks, Ed

Water Heater Anode Rod 2007 Aspect 26A

Is it normal for the Anode Rod to rot away like this, as in very much depleted in just one area and still kind of untouched in another? This came out of a brand new water heater after being in there for 6 months. My real concern is that if left in longer, it could have been eaten all the way...

FR3 30DS Roof Flex and Delamination: Is It Normal or a Concern?

Hello Forest Rivers, I purchased 2021 FR3 30 DS last year. One of the consideration was Fibergalass roof. Today i was at the roof and it looks like no fiberglass as it is too flexy. Is that some kind of RV fiberglass it has? How i can tell that fiberglass. Looks like there some delamination...

Sunline Que - Extra Fresh Water Tank

I have discovered, after having this unit for over two years, that there is an extra fresh water tank under the bed, next to the water heater! Is this "normal"? I have never used, nor filled it and am thinking about removing it. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. Rosy Que:D
