Planned to pay cash for a preowned 2025 Newmar Dutch Star but have been thinking of financing as an option. What lenders are recommended for MH financing? I would like to get some rates/terms and then see what the dealer can offer? Thanks

We went downtown yesterday and parked on Duval Street close to the Black Rifle Store. The cost for an hour of parking is now $6.00. With fees it is $6.30 for an hour. The cost went up from $5.00/hr. last year.

Now this is the cheapest RV park I have ever paid for! A week for $150.00. That comes out to $21.43 per night. And so far, I like this place a lot--and a lot fewer bugs. I had a long BS session with Jim and others here, so it took me hours to get set up. But nobody is in a hurry here...

New Xantrex Freedom 3000 inverter/charger. 4 new 224AH 6-volt AGM batteries. 12.5kw generator. Bulk charging shows 13.4 amps being supplied from the generator ("grid") at 14.3v to my house batteries on my Xantrex app. Seems like it should be putting a whole lot more amps into the batteries...
