Hello,
Yes, we made decision of a lifetime and moved from Connecticut to Phoenix, Arizona. Looking for local recommendations in this area to camp or park long term our 24B.
Thank you in advance.
From a scale of one to five, I would give this place a one for the following reasons:
The pedestals, water , sewer, are between the RVs. I have never seen such before. This means each has to enter from the opposite direction, facing the opposite direction from the other two next to me when...
I don't post often in this forum, but, I love photography and RVing. I recently got back from a cross country trip. All 6121 miles of it. There's nothing better in my book than traveling and photographing some of what you encounter. Here is a shot of one of our campgrounds. This is in Nephi, UT...
I am trying not to break any forum rules by asking this, note I am NOT a campground owner (at least not yet)
Here is the situation, There is a small lakefront (well sort of lake front) campground a few miles away from our family cattle ranch (circa 25 miles from my house) that may be for sale...
We looked at this place in 2017, it’s a nice no thrills camp ground. Well maintained, green, has a stream running through it. It’s off the beaten path of the craziness of all the other cramped in campgrounds in this area.
The worst part of getting here is we have to travel through Chattanooga...
So we're in AZ my brother and his wife are in upstate NY near Geneseo. Google tells me that Oklahoma city is about half way for us. We thought meeting with our campers would be a good idea. Could anyone recommend a campground in that area that is nice? Is July or August a bad time to go there...
Not sure if there's a better place to post this...
But I'm looking to purchase a "new-ish" camper, most likely sub-30 ft... and I see that in the past few years, almost ALL manufacturers have swapped to instant / tankless hot water heaters. There's some sporadic models that still have tanks...
In a few weeks I'll be traveling to Red Bay to have Custom RV install Vroom sides on both slides on my 45OPP. They said if will take one day to complete. I'm thinking about also trying to get into the BTSC for other repairs. For those that have traveled to Red Bay, any suggestions on RV parking...
We are upgrading to a 40+ DP and willve to the south Orlando (Kisseemee) area, and we reloooking to rent a house with a place to keep our Class A and small trailer with us. We will travel 50% of the time, I don't want the hussle or the cost of having to deal with a storage. On another note, we...
Hey folks,
We're planning a trip from TX to visit family in the Hopewell/Pennington/Ewing area of central NJ. Using RV Life and other planners, the closest RV parks we can find are in Jackson, more than 40 miles away. There doesn't appear to be anything is this area of eastern PA either. In...
Happy Thanksgivings Day:
There is a wonderful time of year when the family drivers into the RV Park from across this wonderful Blessed country of ours. Not that I don't enjoy a family visit every now and again, but this is special and has been going on in the world for thousands of years.
Our...

Back in 1999, YTK was very much alive, and well as we had become empty nesters two years prior. Things were looking good with our jobs, as we enjoyed a cool morning walk during the Tampa, Florida State Fair Grounds, Supper RV Show. But once the cool morning and almost noon air had moved along we...

Call me an old fart, but after our coast-to-coast trip this winter the wife and I agreed that we greatly preferred 55+ RV Parks to "family" campgrounds. Problem is, I can't find a quick way to locate 55+ parks across the USA, other than sifting through the big CW guide or doing tedious internet...
In an effort to encourage a high level of marketing in the RV park owner community, and continue to take advantage of the increasing growth in RV sales and new folks camping, I'm offering this advice-
When you're posting a photo album on your privately-owned RV campground's web site, SHOW ME...
Granted, I will admit that I am a newbie with Harvey the RV, but there is something that I have noticed and was wondering about:
Every RV park that we have stayed at with Harvey the RV have all had gravel sites for the RV to stay on. Not a single one was "level."
So why don't these RV parks...
We are looking for a RV Park in Pittsburg, KS for the holidays. Unfortunately, the only one we can find reviews for online is first come first serve only.
I found these parks online.
town & Country
whispering pines
country lane
Has anyone visited them?
Hello all, I am new to rv'ing, and I bought a :innocent:1976 Argosy 20 trailer to live in.
I can't seem to get past the age restrictions in most rv parks around here, NM, and was wondering if there was a way to get past it. Can anyone offer some good advice?
Thanks, Dorian
The love of my life and I want to build a RV park. We've been taking notes at the places we've stayed at. Here's a start of our ideas so far. 1) Space between units. Not an RV parking lot like several KOA's. 2)Back in spaces where the driver can look over the left shoulder & use their window to...
