Does anyone know from what vehicle the headlights of a 2005 Itasca Horizon 36RD came from?

Look on the light. You should find a DOT number. Do a web search for that number and that should give you the answer.

Actually, this is incorrect--sorry! The 2005 Vectra 36RD uses the Mountaineer headlights. I think the Horizon uses these lamps: 2001-2004 Nissan Frontier Headlight.
