1st weekend with new to me 2006 Aspect 29H.  As sun went down RV filled up with mosquitos.  Cant figure out how they're getting in.  Windows and vents all closed, even did an outside walk around to check.  A/C was on.  Please help.  Another nite like the last and I'll need a blood transfusion.

Spray repellent around the door frame, they will sit there and wait for you to open the door.

Yes to slides. 2.  Was wondering g if they can get in under.  These are MN mosquitos that have been known to carry off rodents and the occasional small canine.

Look for a floor vent in the shower area and see if that is to send heat to the water compartment.  On our Navion (I know, not as Aspect but might have same issue) the vent was wide open chute to the compartment and skeeters could easily get in.  Put some block soft foam behind it and no issue since then.  Did not need the furnace heat going down there as we do not use in freezing weather.

So I discovered if the large outside storage area is open the skeeters have an open path to come up behind the couch and into the RV.  Hope this saves someone else a skeeter filled night.

Open storage bays and underside plumbing/electrical paths are the major entry points.  Learned that the hard way in some regions that have unusually high mosquito density.

Lab tests have shown that mosquitos are adept at find such openings using clues such as emitted light or heat, but the primary method they use to find people for lunch is exhaled carbon dioxide and human sweat.  Tests show that a mosquito can smell exhaled CO2 up to 30 ft away!
