I have a 1992 dolphin 2750 chevy chassis with a 454 motor i turn the key and have all dash lights but when starting i have nothing i have replaced starter the 12v solinoid and ignition switch but am not getting signal to the starter to turn over with the key. All fuses i have found are good. But now at a loss is there somewhere im not checking?

The absence of punctuation and related phrasing makes this difficult to read.
If the dash lights go out when you try to crank, then there is a bad connection in the battery circuit. It can be either side. That is to say that it could as easily be in the ground side between the battery and the engine/chassis and the battery and the starter and battery. Both can be such an issue.

Have you checked voltages all the way from the battery to the solenoid to the starter? Does the voltage drop when the key is turned to the start position?
