1993 E350 Alignment concern

I recently replaced most of my front end components- new upper/lower ball joints, new tie rods, new radius arm bushings. Took it to Southern Tire Mart for alignment (see attached pic) and just drove it last weekend with my Subaru Forest in tow. Motorhome seemed to drift more within the lane, swaying in back and forth which I believe is related to caster???

From the pic you can see the caster set to 4 degrees L and 4 3/4 degrees R. I don't know that they "specialize" in motrohomes - seems to be a truck place, but I did notice they had a lot of the Ford caster/camber bushings (they just reused my old ones).

Would increasing the caster help?

Without knowing the specifications ranges It's impossible to give a cogent answer. Was this a total alignment or just front wheels?

I am not an expert by any means on this topic. The front toe looked to be pretty high initially (+2) but seems it might not be enough in the final (0)? A little toe might help? I have seen some other posts in this forum with recommendations on the alignment specs for the Ford chassis used under a motor home that are different than factory Ford specs for the E350.

Thanks - I had not seen the "E350/450 handling problems..." thread before.

This was just a front end alignment...

A total alignment is necessary if never performed on your vehicle.
