1994 Southwind Storm 28ft

I'll be looking to part ways with my 1994 Southwind Storm that I've owned since Sept 2014. Kids have grown up and wife and I are in the planning stage of moving to Japan. Right now I just finished re-coating the roof with RV Roof Magic and will be thoroughly cleaning and polishing the rig. As for what I have done to the RV the following is what I've done but does not include everything (exhaustive list) but I keep a full log in the RV and have many records, receipts I can supply.
