1999 bounder electrical problem

The p13 wire on my battery control box melted and now the motorhome wont start.It does turn over but i dont get the bells and startup gauges. It will crank but wont fire up any ideas??I did check the fuses and the fuel pump sounds like its working

That wire is probably a fusable link and is now open.  Check it end to end for continuity.  First... figure out why it melted and correct that.
