1999 coleman cheyenne body repair help

I just bought a 1999 Coleman Cheyenne.  The abs plastic on the front and rear is very loose.  I need to secure it and reseal.  Died anyone have any suggestions on how to properly resecure the plastic so water doesn't get in?
