Has anyone ever replaced or repaired a very difficult, hard-to-slide patio door in a park model?

I would think the cure would be lubrication. Remove the door and lubricator the wheels on the bottom. It also may be that the bottom of the door is rubbing because the wheels have come out of adjustment. Usually all you need to do to get the door out is pick up on it so the bottom clears the sill/track, swing it out and then let it come down to exit the above track. Reverse the procedure to get it back in.

I have to adjust our sliding glass doors twice a year. There are access holes in the frame and I had to purchase a long Phillips screw driver to reach the adjustment screws.
