2000 Breckenridge 1238 FDB SK 5686 - Sliding Patio Door

I would think the cure would be lubrication. Remove the door and lubricator the wheels on the bottom. It also may be that the bottom of the door is rubbing because the wheels have come out of adjustment. Usually all you need to do to get the door out is pick up on it so the bottom clears the sill/track, swing it out and then let it come down to exit the above track. Reverse the procedure to get it back in.
 
Thanks very much! I'll give it a try. I don't take possession until the end of August but once I'm able to perform the repair, I'll keep you posted on the results.
