Got this 38 foot 332 sq ft RV with the intention of turning it into my own tiny house. It is about 90 to 95% finished. Selling it because I made a deal with my neighbor on a house existing on his property. Facebook will only allow me 10 photos but I have a whole lot more that I can send via email or private message. Slide out has been totally rebuilt with the exception of the end panels and a metal roof put on it. Selling as a tiny house because the roof design no longer seals against the outer wall of the RV making it less than desirable for over the road travel other than from current location to wherever someone wants to set it up.
All electrical has been gone through and is in perfect condition. Hot water heater still needs to be hooked up but is brand new. Shower is brand new at all plumbing has been redone with the exception of two connectors that are original. No leaks but I would definitely replace both of those. Brand new marine battery, brand new propane tank, battery powered tongue jack also new. Roof sealed and does not leak but would benefit from a coat of Henry's Tropicool on top of the black EPDM.
Shiplap Cedar on exterior wall of slide out and all compartments that no longer open and the bottom of both doors. Brand new 15,000 BTU air conditioner with central downdraft to cool main area and also blows through original bits. Pedestal bed has been built to house pet beds underneath or storage depending on your needs.New used tires all in good shape on original wheels. New roof vents, bathroom and shower vent for drains. Original refrigerator and freezer did not operate so they were removed and a new platform built for a small refrigerator to be installed. Stove has been refitted with new burners and tubes as well as a new control panel with Igniter.I have owned it for two years and been working on it for that long. My plan was to finish it before I listed it for sale but I need to buy another truck because mine is in the shop and rentals cost a fortune. For those who are handy this will be an easy finish.
RV does have hail marks but I have painted the exterior and all it needs is for the clearcoat to be finished. I do have the clearcoat and that will go with the RV along with a spray gun to finish it (airless) that will go with the sale.
Located in Elmo, Tx between Terrell and Will's point and will need to be picked up here because it's too heavy for my truck to tow. Weight is approximately 9500 pounds (it was 8900 from the factory).
