My sideview mirror was loose and when I checked the screws, 3 were broken off. I removed the mirror assembly and tried to drill out the screws but was not successful, yet. Are the screws that go into the body screwed into inserts or are they screwed directly into plain fiberglass?
Also, If the screws won?t drill out, is there a kit to fix the problem?

Mine came loose, I used a larger drill bit and drilled completely through to the interior.  Used a nut with bolt.  I was able to reach up under the dash on the passenger side by removing a speaker, the drivers side was easier to reach.    They will never come loose now!  The original screws simply loose their grip, mine were also rusted.

Winnebago typically places metal backer plates in the sidewalls where necessary, I would be amazed if the mirror mount wasn't fastened into a backer.

Mine was a 1998 Adventurer, if there were brackets in the walls it was not apparent,  drilling straight through to the interior was no problem, one screw was stubborn and stayed in the wall, my drill hole went at a sight angle to miss the screw
