2008 fleetwood ac problems

I have 2008 Fleetwood discovery with ac problem. I recently purchased bus and trying to get ready for trip , my problem is I have zone rooftop heat pumps. the 2 zone unit works fine but the 1 zone unit blows the 12 volt fuse in thermostat when plugged in to circuit board . in-plug and 2 runs fine . is there way to check control board are any other sugestions
