Offered for sale is a 2009 Dutchman Grand Junction 35TMS Fifth Wheel camper. This 39 ft FW with 3 slides is actually bigger than our first home! It is in good shape and ready to go to the lake!
GVWR 15,500 lbs. Actual scaled pin wt when loaded 2,800 lbs.

- I have suffered tail drag, so the rear fiberglass cap has a couple fractures BELOW FLOOR LEVEL, so no leaks.
- The rig has a DC2DC Converter to allow the truck to fully charge the LiFePO4 batteries. It worked well, but has quit functioning properly. The on board converter is not set up for Li batteries.
- I HAD a small leak on the fresh water tank. I believe it is fixed, but it was on the bottom of the tank where the tank dump line is attached.
- There have been a couple water leaks in the basement around the fresh water pump next to the basement cargo area, causing some soft wood in the cargo area near the pump. This includes just inside the driver side cargo door.
- TV antenna is missing. Since we usually watch CD or stream, it has not been replaced.
- Wheel bearings due for repacking.
- Kitchen Floor sheet vinyl flooring is tearing and needs replaced. A piece 7 ft x 13 ft will cover the area.
