Comfortable, well-made, fully-working 2010 Winnebago motorhome for sale by owners who have used it for 3 years. Located in Northern California (near Sacramento). This 25 foot Class C RV is built on a Ford E450 chassis (which means it has a stronger engine and can carry more cargo weight than an E350). The model is a “Chalet”, more commonly known as its equivalent model called “Access (24V)”. Sleeps 6; seatbelts for 7 people.
Recent upgrades: backup camera, Bluetooth-compatible stereo, multi-outlet 12-volt socket (connected to house batteries)
Replaced in the last 3 to 4 years: all tires, both house batteries, room-darkening window shades, queen size mattress, upholstery on all chairs and cabover mattress, shower faucet and low-flow showerhead, smoke/CO2/gas detectors, high-quality LED lightbulbs
