I have a 2013 forest river cardinal 3800fl , i should get the title eventually but when i do i will be selling for more. If someone wants to buy on bill of sale before then i will sell it now . I currently stay in it and it is all set up , everything works.
just back it up and hit auto level and the hydraulic jacks do the rest !! such an easy system

large living room in front with 2 slideouts and 2 leather couches one that has air mattress inside. Fireplace heater and huge flatscreen tv.
very large kitchen with all full-size stainless appliances. if has a small laundry room with hook ups for full size washer/dryer.
large bedroom with king size bed and flat screen.
huge 18ft electric awning with no rips or tears.
central vacumming system. Furnace is propane and works great as does the ac. Comes with 2 40lb propane tanks , all sewer hoses and attachments, heated garden hose. outside wash area with sink and shower !! 50amp and 30 amp cords and plugs. It also has an outside entertainment with fold out tv and speakers. I have seen 2 of these the same year and model sell 1 went for 33 and the other for 35 !!! I will sell with bill of sale for 8500$ cash . it has 4 new tires and air ride 5th wheel pin box. There is water damage above the front 2 slides ...
