Have the opportunity to get this at $40k... New condition/all the tags are on everything, the TV's still have plastic on them, remotes still in the bag... Has DishNet on the roof.... Spotless even in the cargo areas... So much nicer than others at $10K more...For some reason or another

My research tells me its a 4 season unit.. whatever that is worth... How do they hold up in the winter?

Nice fridge. Ours is just the single version of that one. Just as a price point, we paid $58K for an untitled 22 model 3220RL that we bought last year. It had some demo miles and nights on it but it was immaculate as well. What extras do they have with that one. I have spent a small fortune on upgrades.

Sorry about that... I bought it and they removed it from the website...I'ts a home not an RV..so I won't be buying anything to pull it etc.. New washer/dryer...Hoses...No outdoor kitchen. 2 TV's (which will be replaced by smart).. 2-door fridge ....nice oven stove...in Command computer screen... Massage/heat double chairs... CD Stereo with inside outside speakers... Not great speakers.. It's solid... So much better than the many others I've seen. The seam strips are substantial and not decals.... My real only project will be to put in VPL flooring and the washer and dryer.... it's like buying DishNet TV... They have it figured out that if you want to add the out door kitchen and you want the washer dryer hookup you pay about $15k more...

Was wondering what winter is like in one. I am in Montana and hopefully only have to worry about October November before winterizing..
