2018 Honda HRV

Can I flat tow an hrv?  I am getting a new motorhome and be so on the road.  Six years ago i had towed a crv with no problem. Thanks in advance. Fritz

I was recently cruising through the online revised owners guide and on page 105 in the "Emergency Towing" section, it has a notice that says "Improper towing such as towing behind a moterhome or other motor vehicle can damage the transmission"

I wouldn't Flat tow it.

Can't find info on the manual tranny, but the automatic is the same Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) that is "Not Towable"  on the CRV and Hit.

Addendum:  I found a reference to the 2016 HRV manual tranny and it claims that model can be towed, per information in the HRV owner manual. I would suggest you verify that if considering the manual tranny version.
