They are made to be rental units, most are rented and driven across Canada. They are a 4 season RV with good insulation and good build quality, hence their recent rise in popularity and I think they are selling them to the public now brand new (if used they'll be ex-rentals)

I suggest that you have it checked out by a certified pre-purchase inspector before you buy it. That really applies to any used RV.

They rent so many that they have them manufactured to their own spec, its a unique deal. Also my mistake, when I saw ALP 19 I thought it was the 19 C not a B van. Their 19 foot class C has recently exploded in popularity due to its size and 4 season insulation. I have no idea about their vans
