38’ with 4 slides; Sleeps 7-9; Queen bed; Separate Bunk Room, 50 amp
New battery, new converter, new propane/CO2 alarm, AC serviced, heater serviced.
I have tried to list all the known deficiencies/modifications below:
Bedroom – small hole in wall and on side of cabinet; removed door and installed curtain (door is included and can be re-installed); added tv mount and Roku tv
Bathroom – upgraded toilet (small dent in wall caused by toilet lid-was there when purchased); added shelf, soap holders/razor holders in shower; added small shelf above the counter.
Bunk room – removed door and installed curtain; small ink stain on sofa (see picture); sofa and bunk were never slept on; added padding to the steps.
Living Room/Dining Room – table has surface scratches; recliners/theater chairs – did not come with the table inserts, have some tears and wear to the fabric, some electrical features do not work (lights, heat, and/or massage, tear in flooring under the recliners/area rug; panel next to sofa loose from internet install (just needs to be put back on); added Bose soundbar, shelf for soundbar and upgraded to Roku tv.
Kitchen – light over stove needs replacement; oven never used; bottom shelf on refrigerator door broken on one side; added key holder/memo board; door to outside – screen door holder loose, needs to be tightened.
Moving in 2 weeks and just want to get what is owed on it for a quick sale.
