Hi guys & or gals...... About to order a GMC 2500HD w/Duramax diesel-Allision. Anyone have any input concerning Diff ratio...?

Depends entirely on what you are towing.  How much does it weigh?

If you're even thinking about it, go ahead and get the 4.10.  The Duramax will do you good, but the 4.10 will really make it solid. You won't regret it.
