Last year ,my 3rd year with the TT, I noticed that there not any heat coming from the bedroom floor register. I checked all of the obvious, including whether there was heat at the main or whether all of the vents were connected. Everything appeared fine. When I had first gotten the TT I had a problem with a grey tank sticking and the dealer had to cut a small 2x2x1" hole in the underbelly so I decided to open that and see what was going on.
Now the problem, it seems they ran the circular foil duct work first and then placed the shower pan on top of the duct work crushing the duct work and the heat is just blowing in the underbelly. I see no way to circumvent around this problem as I had a flashlight shining in the vent register but could see no light from underneath. Apparently the first and second year there was enough warm air getting through before the vent completely broke off but the air was very weak.
