5th Trailer GVW

I have a 2006 Dodge 3500 DRW AT QuadCab 4X4 TD 5.9. Trailer Life tech group rates the tow limits @ 13,500. I am going to purchase a 5Th wheel that the GVWR is 12,700. Am I OK with this setup. I don't know as much as I should about weights.
