5th Wheel Landing Gear

I have a 2007 Keystone Copper Canyon Sprinter 5th wheel. Landing gear motor/gear box recently cropped out/broke. Ordered a new motor, gear box and switch. Wires on new switch are smaller. Do I need to put a relay in? (Already have an online fuse) 1st pic is old motor, had to strap it to be able to get it on the truck. Next photos are new motor and switch.

This is all about the numbers. Is the amp rating on the new motor less than the old one? Power demand may be lower, so the smaller wires would be ok. Also, what amperage is the switch rated for?
