6300A MODEL 6345

I have an older Class C that has the supposed battery eater 6300a 6345 inverter. 

I need to replace the AC fuse panel and I guess might as well replace the inverter which is apparently not very good (It blew up my battery as it must have drained the water).

Currently main issue is the three breakers, one for main melted and broke off mounting board.
Question
1)  Can this be temporarily fixed?  I replaced the breaker and you see spark inside connection at times
2)  What is a plug and play easy replacement for both the distribution panel/breaker box and inverter?

The breakers require a physical connection to the power bus and are normally mounted by snapping onto to it.  If yours broke loose, it may no longer be in contact.  Whether that is simply a matter of snapping it back in place or whether something broke is not apparent to me from the photos.

You can get a replacement unit from Parallax Power (new name for Magnetek) that is supposed to fit right in where a Magnetek 63xx was. There are also substitute products from other manufacturers, e.g. Progressive Dynamics and WFCO.  Here are a few of them:

Thanks Gary, I Only see the conversion kits for power supply do they come with the top breaker unit replacement as well?

That one is just the power component. Looking through their replacement chart (link below), I see lower section replacements but not the bus & panel itself (upper section).

Probably your best bet is a total replacement with a new PD 4400 or WFCO 8945 power panel.

You can pretty much go with what Randy said. He and Best Converter have an awesome reputation, and they didn't get it by selling bad products and giving bad advice.

Replacing this? Mine is in the same shape. Burnt the main and broke the breakers off the bar
