disregard..  I found the issue.  I was in incorrect on voltage.. it was 120v welder not 230.  The microwave breaker was tripped. The power strip was just old I guess. Everything is working now.

James, your RV is 120Volt, 30 amp. It is not 230 volt. Many people have made the same mistake. You need to disconnect from the welder outlet right now. Hopefully you haven't done substantial damage.

Sounds to me like you zapped your 120v rig with 240v.

An RV is 120v 30a OR 120v/240v 50a.  Even the 120v/240v 50a is still using only 120v. The RV splits the 240v 50a service into two 120v 50a lines.

The 240v 30a welding outlet has two power legs and one ground. Your RV 120v 30a has one power leg, one common, and one ground.

You have already found some of the damage. Some may be fixable, and some will require replacement of burned out components or appliances.

Here is one of many websites that will be very helpful in understanding RV power requirements and options. http://www.myrv.us/electric/
