Ac fan no power

96 HR Endevor does anyone know if there is a blower relay or fuse for blower motor and its location. What is considered front run bay.

Might be a bad starting capacitor. Can you reach the blower and give it a spin by hand with the power on? If it's a bad starting cap it will pick up and run once you set it in motion.
