They won't replace it unless you ask. Air dryers can cause a lot of problems. Ron Ruward had one that got the dessicant in all the air lines. A bit of maintenance that's often overlooked.

That wasn't due to lack of Maintenance but was a defective desiccant cartridge.  It did end up in quite a lot of time cleaning out the air lines and replacement of the air dryer.  Fortunately all under warranty.  Recommended service interval is every two years.  Ours was done last July.

Ron,

Didn't mean to imply it was due to lack of maintenance. :) Just the fact that you can really have problems if something happens to the system.

I know you were not implying lack of maintenance.  I was just trying to emphasize  that things can happen in spite of what we do.
