Alaska, New Campground - K'esugi Ken

A new campground just opened up in Alaska in Denali State Park just north of Talkeetna on road between Anchorage and Fairbanks.  K'esugi Ken Campground.  Great views of Denali.  30 amp power (not common in a state campground) and no other hookups.  About 30 RV sites and 20 tent sites.  First come first serve.  Stayed there in mid-June with weather sun and rain temps in the 60's.  Highlights: View of the mountains, plenty of hiking tails, river rafting and boating near by.  Only problem is on cloudy days - difficult to see Denali.

It looks like the Alaska State Parks just changed it to a reservation system.
