antenna won't rotate

So new day new problem...
I just got my 2016 Forest River Wildcat this weekend.  I cranked up the antenna and it went up and down just fine but it won't rotate.
I tried to turn it using the white ring above the crank handle but it won't budge...then to top things off the whole thing came down.
The crank handle fell off the white ring fell off and a spring above the white ring came off.  I can kind of shove them back on but still it won't rotate.
any ideas?

When you try to rotate it are you pulling down on the white ring. You have to pull it down some as there are notches on the top of the ring with corresponding one on the plate above the ring. Don't sweat the handle coming off, just look at the crank handle and there is a set screw in it. Put everything back the way it was then put the crank handle on  push it all up and then tighten the screw.
