Every year we had to winterize the house before heading south in our trailer and now we are going to have to summerize our trailer before heading north in the summer.
This year we left our new travel trailer on a permanent site in Key Largo for the summer and last Saturday when we arrived and opened it up, everything was fine except one window shade had come off it's roller and was laying on the floor (high heat had melted the glue) and on the same side of the trailer one of the black plastic runners that the window sits in was melted and completely twisted out of shape. Visualize how hot it must have been to do that !
I am thinking that a few outside awnings might be in order
