T'was an dramatic illustration of my incredible powers of.... uh-- ok, never mind.

Anybody that claims getting it in one is anything other than dumb luck is kidding themselves! I start with a different word every day, sometimes just picking out one from something I was reading. Sometimes I get lucky and shock myself.

The "conventional view" is that vowel heavy first words are the best choice, often I go the other route-- starting with a word with but one vowel. Often easier for me to build consonants around vowels than the other way around.. Yeah, I know... I'm a weirdo.
