There's lots of "silent" and "travel" guitars, but they all seem to have a narrow neck, and nowhere to rest your elbow on the top of the body (or, in my case, my wrist. :) ).

Anyone know of a travel sized guitar that's somehow playable in classical style?

I have no problem resting my elbow on this Martin, but it is not classical, it is a steel string. Beautiful sounding. Actually a ukulele is a better instrument for traveling with because it is so easy to find ukulele groups to play with just about anywhere you go.

I googled ?classical travel guitar? and came up with a number of hits. I understand why you would want a classical if that?s what you are used to playing. A steel six string just isn?t the same! I played a steel 6 string and I had a college boyfriend who played 12 string classical. The music he could make was a big part of his attraction LOL!
